I know that Philip likes to post our actual attempts at real photography. But sometimes you need some silliness. And I have quite a bit of that.
So…here ya go….ME….first thing in the morning! *L* This was just too full of awesome not to document and share.
And yeah…that’s right…Philip gets to wake up with THIS every single day! :)
Enjoy!
Shannon
we were experimenting with a veil and a small flashlight. I kinda like this picture a lot. It really brings out her features which are amazing
Shannon decided one day to do these pics in the snow. She was freeeezing but we got some pretty good shots imo
I got Shannon a 1940’s movie star photo book and we were trying to do a recreation of the style. Photoshop and a single light bulb.
There will be a lot of pics of Shannon. I honestly can’t get enough of her.. not to mention she is freakin hot!! No photoshop in this photo. I love my wife’s eyes. They are many different colors and always look slightly different each time I see her.
I will start out this blog with a photo of Shannon we took at an abandoned house near where we live. There is some Photoshop used on it for softening and to adjust the light. I like this shot as it was one I took in between posed pics
My name is Shannon, 40 years young, mom of 4, US size 22/24
I’ve always been a chubby bunnie! It’s taken a lot of years to come to terms with it. I struggle with it some days…but I’d say I’m pretty ok with me most of the time!! I’m pretty alright! *L*
I have a wonderful husband who tells me everyday how beautiful he thinks I am. :) And that’s all that matters to me!
This is actually one of our favorite shots. Lighting is done with a single bulb with a foil cone wrapped around it and tacked to the ceiling. I like this pic because we honestly are in love and I think it comes out in this shot
This is the same deserted house. We took a lot of pictures here. It is a sad and lonely place but beautiful as well
Again.. attempting to recreate the 40’s. My wife and I love the era but mostly she does. She pulls the look off amazingly in my opinion.
Photoshopped for age
The infamous gum wall.. and right below this is the pike place ghost tours.. which are very fun. In the picture is our daughter Sara
A few of these pictures are older and have been on my deviantart for a while but I wanted a tumblr just for Shannon and I to do pictures. I took this very early in the morning during Sakura-con right after I got the science center geocache. There is a whole lotta nerdy in that last sentence :)
